One of our success stories Joliot public schools came to us with multiple challenging needs and a very short amount of time to address them the solution that we came up with met and exceeded their expectations in a cost-effective and efficient manner the school district has almost 30 grade schools without kitchens food service is handled by four junior high schools that act as commissaries right away it seemed like CEO max would be a perfect fit we developed a lease to own program with four of our high-speed tabletop rotary sealing machines I put a strong airtight film seal over the top of the tray which was a cost effective and space-saving solution for their high production environment and the joy at schools we serve about a million and a half meals a year one of our main driving forces behind switching to the CL mech system was concerns of the Health Department with our previous clamshell system there was a problem with heat retention of the meals there was a problem with the quality of the meals limit innovations listen to us and heard what our concerns and our problems were and they developed a system that specifically met and addressed our knees the machine has been a big improvement in our production system this year we like it very much it’s very easy to keep up it wipes off very nicely after we’re done serving there isn’t any mess or anything to worry about up everything is easy to use in to control the knobs are easy to adjust and wipe off so it’s very easy maintenance I’m a food service assistant and I operate machine every day the first day that I was here they showed me how to work it and within 10 to 15 minutes I felt like I was right at home with that engine each day it just got better and better now I can do it without even thinking this system we have now is much more efficient and the end product is so much better than what

we had before and that’s very important because it all comes down to safe food temperatures and we have that now I really like the new containers because when the children used to use the old styrofoam once they would go from the line to their table and it would all dump all over the floor and now with the new cover on it the plastic over it and it’s just easier and sturdier and it doesn’t dump it off food service is extremely important for our children for some of our kids this is the only nutritious meal they receive all day long I believe that it’s a new food service program that we have is

with the steel trays is definitely an improvement over what we’ve had before for multitude of reasons foods are fresher they stay moister place hotter there’s less spillage by children the sealed trays are smaller they’re about half the size of the clamshell the starting from clamshell and so that saves us lots of space it’s just a good process it’s a good good thing to have large kids I would definitely recommend the system to other school districts I’ll be honest with him I’ve been a principal for a long time and everybody who knows me knows that I don’t tell something or say something that’s not true if I didn’t think your product physically I wouldn’t be doing this interview today well the problems been solved a hundred percent to the fact
