2023 saw us make great strides in operational excellence. We moved to our new 122,000 sq. ft. headquarters, consolidating all functions under one roof. This move included the completion of Phase 1 of our Converting Hall and Customer Experience Center, and the implementation of the NetSuite ERP system. These investments have significantly enhanced our production capabilities, offering flexibility, speed to market, and the highest quality standards.

Strategic Growth and M&A: Expanding Horizons

Our expansion into new markets has been another highlight of the year. With a focus on innovation and consumer experience, we have ventured into new market segments, bringing unique packaging solutions to diverse industries. We’re focused on harnessing the potential of emerging technologies and materials – such as multilayer film structures or molded fiber – to pave the way for advancements in our field. Our pragmatic approach to co-investment and partnership has opened doors to emerging technologies and materials, setting the stage for future advancements.
